In this project, I designed an animal called the Moon ray, they are like the Skate fish, but have habits that are different. I fabricated a Wikipedia article, created a fake documentary, made fake notes and presented them in the style of an aquarium.

The topic of this project is a reflection on the impact of AI technology on the lives of ordinary people. I saw Kevin Abosch's work #CIVICS. Throughout the project, artist Kevin Abosch used AI to generate photographs about cultural conflicts. With the AI technology at the time, people seemed to easily identify that these works were generated by AI. This made me think about the future—whether these technologies, with their rapid development, might become sources of electronic fraud or rumour propagation, similar to what we are seeing on the internet today. To use an exaggerated example, someone might generate lifelike photos of an apocalypse or zombies to spread panic. Not everyone can discern the truth of the information; elderly people, for instance, might believe it to be true, and combined with the way this information could spread among the public, it could lead to terrible consequences. Therefore, my intention is that viewers of my project will question whether the information they receive is fabricated or real.
