InstagramI’m intrigued by the things that are hard to put into words. Those things that are affective but unseeable and intangible, that hint at being there but are not. Things like time, dark matter and ‘spooky action at a distance’. My practice examines these phenomena through a New Materialist lens, attempting to open a dialogue with matter and begin to learn a new material 'language'. Often intertwining lived and deeply personal experiences with aspects of my science background, my works touch on the concepts of memory, liminal space and temporality, celebrating the details that get left behind in a world in flux and the echoes that speak of histories now lost to time.
