Imogen Kerr
Emerging from a state of flux, my work navigates the delicate balance between the tactile and ephemeral; the alchemical and the ecological.
The process—rooted in salvaging, stripping back, moulding, painting and reconfiguring, reflects a deep sensitivity to the materials at hand. Here, the medium, the mark, and the maker merge allowing chance and nature to run their course.
The outcome is a series of works where earth and ether intimately converge, inviting viewers to engage with the interconnectedness of our experiences and environments.
